This was our dinner today. I made a half pizza with goat cheese, white asparagus and shrimps and a half pizza with goat cheese, white asparagus and prosciutto. It was delicious and so I’ve decided to share my recipe.
Ingredients for 4 people:
0,15l warm water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
20g active dry yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
330g white asparagus
300g goat cheese
200g shrimps / 100g prosciutto
Make pizza dough – recipe here.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees C (480 degrees F).
Add the toppings – cheese first, asparagus second and then shrimps OR thin slices of prosciutto – add the prosciutto after the pizza is done (just before serving).
Bake pizza for about 13 minutes or until the crust is browned.
